Is there GDPR-compliant time tracking with GPS?
Yes. Check-in and check-out are geofenced and recorded as a single check-in event, not continuous surveillance, EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant.
How do I bill night, Sunday and public-holiday premiums (§3b)?
Balerion calculates the tax-free premiums under §3b of the German Income Tax Act and exports to DATEV. Invoicing and controlling per client, site and employee are built in.
Is there a digital guard log and checkpoint control?
