What John AI handles today
When a shift was canceled, filling it used to be manual work: go through the list, check who is eligible, make calls, wait and call again. The agent takes over this exact process.
It detects the vacant shift, preselects suitable staff according to your rules, contacts them in stages and writes the acceptance back into the schedule. Everything it does can be traced at any time, and the decision remains yours.
Automatic assignment
The next step is to assign staff automatically within clearly defined limits instead of asking them first. You decide what may happen without confirmation: which sites, which qualifications, how much notice and which staff.
Anything beyond those limits still goes to the dispatch team. For us, automation means removing routine work, not control.
The entire administrative operation
At a security company, the work rarely lies in guarding itself. It lies in everything around it:

Our goal is to remove the paperwork and phone calls from this work, leaving only the decisions.
Accept and distribute orders
In the long term, we want to start one step earlier: accept orders centrally and distribute them to security companies connected to us, matched by region, required qualifications and available capacity.
For clients, this would mean one point of contact instead of a search. For security companies, it would mean capacity utilization without having to acquire the business themselves. This is not part of the product today. It is the direction in which we are building.
What will not change
Licensed partner companies remain the employers of their staff. We provide the platform, not the personnel.
Every automated step also remains traceable: who was contacted and when, who accepted and who was assigned. Operations and data storage take place in the EU in compliance with GDPR.
