Double Booking
The accidental assignment of the same person to two overlapping shifts, a common planning error across multiple sites.
A double booking occurs when a person is scheduled for two shifts that overlap. This is typical when multiple sites are planned separately: each schedule looks correct on its own.
The result is an unstaffed post that is often noticed only on the day of deployment. It can only be prevented by checking across all sites at the moment of assignment, together with the rest period check.
