Hausrecht

The right of an owner or occupier to decide who may enter their property, exercised by security personnel on their behalf.

Hausrecht allows the owner or occupier of premises to decide who may enter and to remove people from the premises. Security personnel do not exercise this right in their own name, but as agents of the proprietor.

In practice, this means the order and its limits should be clearly defined in the site instructions. This is particularly relevant for admission control and site security. A security guard has no powers beyond the Hausrecht and is legally a private person.

Balerion Security takes care of exactly that.

Scheduling, ArbZG checks, guard logs and payroll exports in one system, specifically for security services.
