Alarm response service

The response to a triggered alarm: A response guard travels to the site, assesses the situation and initiates measures.

An alarm response service responds to a specific alarm. If a system is triggered, the alarm receiving center alerts a response guard, who travels to the site, assesses the situation and initiates measures, such as verification, contacting the police or fire brigade, and reporting.

Response times and complete documentation are crucial: When was the alarm received, when did the guard arrive on site, and what was found? This chain must be recorded in an audit-proof manner in the guard logbook.

Balerion Security takes care of exactly that.

Scheduling, ArbZG checks, guard logs and payroll exports in one system, specifically for security services.
