Notruf- und Serviceleitstelle (NSL)

The certified alarm receiving center, under DIN EN 50518, that receives and assesses alarms and triggers a response or rescue operation.

A Notruf- und Serviceleitstelle (NSL), or alarm receiving center, receives alarms from connected sites around the clock, assesses them and initiates the appropriate response, from the alarm response service to alerting the police or fire brigade. Certified centers operate according to the DIN EN 50518 standard.

The NSL is the nerve center of reactive security. Together with the guard logbook, its records provide evidence that an incident was handled correctly and promptly.

Balerion Security takes care of exactly that.

Scheduling, ArbZG checks, guard logs and payroll exports in one system, specifically for security services.
