Qualification Matrix
An overview of which qualifications each employee holds and how long they are valid, the basis for compliant assignments.
A qualification matrix maps employees to qualifications: Unterrichtung or Sachkunde, fire safety assistant, first aider, driving license and language skills, each with a validity date.
Its real value lies not in the overview but in its link to planning: only when dispatchers can access the matrix can they prevent someone from being assigned to a post without the required qualifications.
