Sick notes, cancellations, and additional assignments at short notice often reach dispatch in the evening and on weekends. The effort is not in planning, but in making follow-up calls: who is qualified, who is available, who does not violate a rest period, and who answers the phone at all.

This is exactly where AI in Balerion Security comes in. It does not replace dispatchers. It takes the chain of phone calls off their hands and returns the decision to them when someone has agreed.

The initial selection checks in one step what a person would otherwise look up in several windows: the appropriate qualification, including Sachkunde under § 34a, availability, no double booking, and no conflict with the Arbeitszeitgesetz, the German Working Time Act. Anyone who is not permitted to be deployed is not contacted in the first place.

AI in workforce deployment is sensitive under data protection law, so its scope is narrow: schedule, qualification, and contact data are processed to staff a specific shift. Location data is generated exclusively as a check-in event, not as continuous tracking. Operation and storage take place in the EU, with an Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, the German data processing agreement.

The AI suggests and contacts people. It does not make the final assignment against your decision. Every acceptance appears as a process in the command center, and every step is traceable. You can see who was contacted, when they were contacted, and what the outcome was.
