The guard logbook is key evidence in a dispute. This template helps you record incidents in a structured way, with the time, event, and action.
However, a paper or Excel template can be changed later and therefore has limited evidentiary value. A digital guard logbook is audit-proof, with timestamps and no undetectable changes, and attaches photos and the location directly to the entry.
