Digital guard logbook
The audit-proof, chronological record of all incidents during a security shift, digital instead of on paper.
The Wachbuch, or guard logbook, is the chronological record of a security shift: shift start and end, patrols, special incidents, handovers and reports. In the event of a dispute, it is a key piece of evidence for the client, police or insurer.
A digital guard logbook replaces the paper logbook and provides key benefits:
- Auditability: Entries have a timestamp and cannot be changed later without detection.
- Completeness: Photos, location and time are attached directly to the entry.
- Analysis: Incidents can be filtered, exported and provided to the client as a report.
Combined with a guard tour system, it provides a complete record of patrols and incidents from a single source.
