Subscription and Billing

The price is tiered and based on active security officers. Up to 50 security officers cost a flat 249,99 Euro per month. From the 51. security officer onward, an amount is added for each security officer. The quantity is updated automatically when security officers are created or activated.

The trial period runs for 14 days.

The lock is deliberately narrow:

• Only write operations are locked, and only for owners, dispatchers, and administrators.
• Reading always remains possible. The Cockpit continues to load and displays a notice.
• Security officers and customers are never blocked. A security officer must still be able to check in when the company's payment is pending. This is intentional. Anything else would penalize people who are not responsible for the invoice.
• After a failed payment, there is initially a grace period.
• Payment management always remains accessible so that the lock can be resolved.

There are two states that can feel similar to those affected but are fundamentally different:

• Subscription unpaid: only writing is locked, reading remains available, security officers and customers are never affected, and there is a grace period.
• Access locked: everything is closed, including reading, the customer portal, and the app. Active sessions become invalid immediately.

The second does not happen because of an unpaid invoice. It only occurs in exceptional cases and always with prior notice.
