Subcontractors

You create a subcontractor with a company name and email address. If the address is unknown, an account is created automatically and the login details are sent by email. If it belongs to an existing company, that company receives an invitation that it must accept.

You can store a purchase rate per hour for each partner company. It is the target basis for incoming invoices from delegated shifts. Without it, invoice creation fails.

In scheduling, drag the subcontractor's tile onto a shift. Depending on the partner company's setting, it is considered accepted immediately or arrives there as an offer that must first be confirmed.

A delegated shift is locked for you. You cannot assign it yourself or remove the assignment, and the replacement agent skips it. You can recall it at any time, even if the partner company has already assigned staff, because the order belongs to you.

Deliberately little: times, break, required qualifications, clothing, activity, contacts, notes, site name and coordinates. It also sees its own assignment.

Your customer, your order and all pricing information are never transmitted.

Conversely, the partner company controls which of its security officers you may see on delegated shifts. The default is visible.
