Alarm System Connection
The technical connection of an alarm system to a control center so triggered alarms are received and processed there.
With an alarm system connection, the alarm system of a site is connected to a Notruf- und Serviceleitstelle. When the system is triggered, the alert is received and assessed there.
Depending on the agreement, this results in the deployment of the response service or the direct notification of the police and fire department. The connection is therefore the technical prerequisite for reactive security services.
