Bewacherregister
The nationwide register of security companies and their guards, including their qualifications and reliability status.
The Bewacherregister is a central nationwide register that records both security companies and every individual guard. The stored information includes the qualification, either Unterrichtung or Sachkundeprüfung, and the result of the reliability check.
A guard may only be deployed after being registered and approved. For schedulers, this means that registry status is part of deployment eligibility, just like a valid qualification. Recording it digitally for each employee prevents anyone without a valid status from being scheduled.
