DATEV Export

The handover of payroll-relevant wage data in a DATEV-oriented text format that is agreed with the payroll office; not a certified import format.

Many tax advisers in Germany use DATEV. A DATEV-oriented export hands over the monthly payroll data in a documented text format: hours per employee, premium types and absences. Whether and how the payroll office imports the file is agreed with them; it is not a certified import format.

For the security industry, it is essential that the SFN allowances are transferred separately and correctly. The basis should consist exclusively of checked and approved hours, see payroll accounting.
