Site Instructions
Written instructions for a specific site that define which tasks a security guard must perform there and how.
The site instructions describe what must be done at the site: patrol times and checkpoints, conduct during incidents, reporting channels, contacts and handling of keys. They are the link between the order and its execution.
The Bewachungsverordnung requires security guards to receive such instructions. In practice, they determine quality: without clear instructions, every incident becomes an individual decision for the person on site.
