Customer Portal
Your customer sees their sites without you sending anything by email. And without seeing more than you enable.
Access
Customers do not register themselves. You invite them from the customer record, which creates access, and the customer sets their own password.
A customer account can be linked to several security companies and switch between them.
What the customer sees
An overview with metrics, their sites, invoices with PDFs, their orders including cancellation, a new request, and a history with ratings.
You enable three areas for each site separately, and all are off by default:
- Guard logbook
- Schedule, meaning who is coming and when
- Guard patrols
Enabling access alone is not enough. The customer must also be linked to the site through an order or directly.

Schedule with minimal data
For each site, you decide how security officers are named in the schedule: not at all, in which case a neutral label appears, first name with initial, or full name. You can also show whether the § 34a certificate is valid, but only as Yes or No, never the document.
The customer never receives location data. Author names in the guard logbook are pseudonymized for customers.

Languages
The portal supports the same 15 languages as the Cockpit, and customers select the language themselves. PDF output also follows the selected language.
Related
- Guard PatrolsCheckpoints at the site, patrols in the app, and evidence in the Cockpit. This also includes an honest explanation of what a scan proves.
- Digital Guard LogbookSeven entry types, optional photos, and no option to change anything afterward. This is precisely what makes it useful as evidence.
- Orders and SitesThe order generates the shifts. The site provides the geofence, contacts and prices.
