Price Increase
Raise hourly rates for many customers at once, by a percentage or a fixed surcharge. Calculate first, then execute.
Requirements
- The affected prices are maintained
- Permission to manage financial data
How it works
You create a run in Invoicing: by percentage or as a fixed surcharge per rate, with the levels it should include and, optionally, a selection of customers. Without a selection, it applies to all customers.
Then click Preview. It calculates each affected price row from old to new without writing any changes and shows the totals. Only then can the run be executed.

What is included
Five levels are available:
- Customer default rates
- Order hourly rates and monthly flat rates
- Deal prices, meaning pricing structures with hourly, daily, and premium rates
- Site activity rates
- Site category rates for invoicing
Payroll data remains unchanged. The payroll premium at the site is in the same row as the invoice rate, but is deliberately neither read nor changed. A price increase never raises wages by mistake.
Empty price fields are skipped, not increased from zero. Orders that have already ended are excluded.
Two things that may be unexpected
The effective date does nothing. The "Planned effective date" field is a note for your company. There is no automatic process that executes the run on that date. Prices change only at the moment someone clicks Execute.
It cannot be undone. An executed run is final. Editing, deleting, and even running another preview are locked afterward, and there is no rollback. Because only increases can be created, a counteracting run cannot help either. An incorrect increase must be corrected manually.
Therefore, read the preview carefully before executing. Every changed row is logged with its old and new value. This helps with traceability, not with undoing the change.
