Audit Log
Every overridden rule is listed here with the person, time, and reason. An empty log is the desired result.
What it contains
The log lists all assignments for which the scheduling team deliberately bypassed a check. Each row shows the time, the person who acted, the shift with site and security officer, which checks were skipped, and the reason entered.
Only double booking, Arbeitszeitgesetz rules, and deployment clearance can be skipped. Qualifications and site bans can never be bypassed, so they never appear here.
Because a reason of at least 10 characters is required when overriding a rule, the "Reason" column is always filled.

Use and limits
It is located under Controlling, in the Audit Log subsection. The newest entries appear first, more are loaded with a button, and there is also a CSV export.
The period covers no more than 366 days. The data comes from the immutable audit trail. Opening the page writes and changes nothing.
Anyone restricted to organizational units sees only entries for shifts in their own units.
