Analysis

Group and export hours across up to three levels. No monetary figures, deliberately.

Grouping

You select one to three levels: customer, site, order, security officer, category, month, week, or day. The order of selection is the grouping order. A fourth selection has no effect.

The available metrics are Counted, Billable, Night, Sunday, Public holiday, and Number of shifts. At least one level and one metric always remain active.

The period covers no more than 366 days.

The most important footnote

Night, Sunday, and public holiday minutes are subsets of the counted minutes and also overlap with one another. A Sunday night is included in both columns.

These columns must therefore not be added together, either with one another or with the counted time. Doing so produces totals that are too high. The same relationship applies to the payroll export, see Payroll and Premiums.

Exporting

There is a CSV export with German number formatting that opens directly in Excel, and a PDF output.

The figures come from the same hours calculation as the hours report. There is no second source. The analysis deliberately contains no monetary amounts. Controlling is used for that.

Access is available to anyone who can also view the hours report. For anyone other than owners, the analysis is the entry point to the Controlling area. Its other pages remain reserved for owners.
