Notice Board
Announcements and service instructions for all security officers, optionally with read confirmation.
Publish a notice
A post consists of a title, text, category, and an optional expiration date. Four categories are available: Announcement, Service instruction, Mandatory document, and Other.
A notice goes live immediately. There is no draft or future publication date. When it is published, all active security officers receive a push notification.
It is always addressed to the entire company. There is no selection by site or group.
Limit: A published notice can no longer be edited through the interface, only deleted. An expired notice disappears for security officers but remains visible in the Cockpit.

Read confirmation
If "Read confirmation required" is set, every active security officer must confirm in the app. Unconfirmed mandatory notices appear at the top of their list.
For each security officer, the Cockpit shows confirmed or open and exports the list as a CSV with name, status, and timestamp. There is one row per active security officer, not per confirmation, so open entries are included.
Two points about evidentiary value
Anyone using notices as evidence of instruction should know both points:
- The figures are a moving target. "7 of 12 confirmed" is calculated on every request from the current number of active security officers, not from the number at the time of publication. A newly hired security officer retroactively increases the required total for an old notice. A deactivated officer disappears from both the statistics and the export together with their confirmation.
- Deleting destroys all confirmations. Permanently, without recovery.
For reliable evidence, export and save the CSV promptly, and leave the notice in place.

- Team and RolesSix roles, with a finely structured set of permissions above them. What someone sees is determined by the permission, not the role alone.
