This schedule template is tailored to security services: In addition to shift times, it lists each security officer's qualification and the site. This lets you see at a glance whether a security officer is qualified for their post.
The table is sufficient for a single site and a few security officers. As soon as multiple sites, shifts across midnight, and the ArbZG check are added, Excel quickly becomes prone to errors. Scheduling software then checks conflicts automatically.
